Although we accept applications at any time, persons who apply during recruitment periods are given first consideration. We allow a period of not less than seven days from the time the position is posted for accepting applications. This is our recruitment period. All applications received during the recruitment period are given first consideration for the advertised position. If a suitable candidate is not found among those applicants, RCS will consider applications that came before or after the recruitment period. When applicants are selected, interviews are scheduled. RCS evaluates each applicant and decides on those to be called for a second interview. After the second interview, a final decision is made. References are checked. Each person hired goes through an orientation program. During this program, new employees receive important information regarding the performance requirements of their position, basic RCS policies, the compensation and benefits programs, plus other information necessary to acquaint them with their job and with RCS. All documents required for employment plus any documents required for a specific position must be submitted within legally established periods. Failure to provide documents could lead to suspension or other disciplinary actions, including termination. Resumes are not accepted in lieu of applications. Applications must be complete and signed in ink in cursive. Following is a listing of positions within the various RCS programs/departments and areas where RCS has staff. Positions may be added or eliminated.
