Regional Consolidated Services practices free and open competition for the procurement of services and equipment.  We offer departmental bidding and administrative bidding.

Bids are solicited for the Head Start, Home Care, Weatherization, and Workforce Investment Act programs, as well as for the administration of RCS.

Bid packets will contain specifications for complete bid information.

Bidder conferences may be held.
