Regional Consolidated Services (RCS) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving lives through programs that support young children, families, and senior adults in Randolph County. For more than four decades, RCS has remained committed to a simple but powerful philosophy: Helping People Help Themselves. This guiding principle shapes everything we do, from preparing children for success through Early Head Start and Head Start programs to helping senior adults maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life through home-based services and home improvement assistance.

 

At RCS, we believe that meaningful support creates opportunities for growth, independence, and self-sufficiency. Our programs are designed to provide the tools, resources, and assistance individuals need to thrive while maintaining dignity, choice, and independence.
