Meet The Directors
Krystal L. Rinehart (Parks)
Krystal has been employed by the agency since 2002. She started out as a Finance Assistant/A/P Clerk, and was promoted to Human Resources/Benefits in 2003. Krystal was elevated to the position of Deputy Director in 2014, where she remained until her promotion to Executive Director in 2016 by the RCS Board of Directors. Krystal's dedication to RCS and hard work show how enthusiastic she is about assisting others in achieving success.
Head Start Director
Brandi holds a Bachelor of Sociology and an Associate of Early Childhood Education. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She began her career in a private child care facility, working nearly 12 years at Richmond County Partnership for children. She later began working for Family Services Head Start before joining RCS in April, 2022 as our Head Start Director. Brandi’s passion is working with children and their families to achieve their goals to succeed.
Human Resources Director
Prior to accepting the HR Director position, Mary worked in workforce development as the Workforce Development Coordinator followed by the Operations Manager for Regional Partnership Workforce Development Board. Before coming to work at RCS, Mary was a case manager at the Montgomery County NC Works Career Center. By focusing on guiding and mentoring, Mary has been able to put the bachelor’s in professional studies degree she earned at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to good use. Over the years, Mary's strengths at RCS have garnered some recognition for her cultural growth, personal advancements, and organizational support. She may spend her days at RCS, but it’s helping and motivating people that get her up in the morning.
Home Care & Home Improvement Director
Teri is a 1975 graduate of Pfeiffer University, where she earned her BA degree in Sociology and Social Work. As a former facility director herself, Teri has acquired a wealth of expertise about the industry. One of her favorite scriptures to live by is James 1:27
“Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this to visit the orphans and widows in their affliction.”
Teri has never considered RCS to be just a job; rather, helping those in need is a part of her own mission statement.
